Easy Cajun Seafood Boil
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Pot needs to be big enough to hold all seafood.
2. Add all ingredients for the boil in and mix well.
3. Add corn and potato. Let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add all seafood and cook for another 4-5 minutes until seafood is cooked.
5. Take out seafood, corn and potato. (keep the boil just in case you need to add extra liquid to the seafood later or perfect for seafood chowder)
6. Heat pan/wok on medium heat, add margerine/oil and Easy Cajun sauce or Easy XO sauce, mix well.
7. Add all seafood, corn and potato. Time to add your extra spices or seasoning to your liking. Mix well for 3-5 mins or until seafood is cooked thoroughly. Finally squeeze the orange over the seafood and turn of heat.
8. Be ready to feast on your very own Cajun Seafood boil with your loved ones in your home prepared with love by Yours Truly.

INGREDIENTS
The Boil
1 TSP Cajun spice
2TSP Margerine or Oil (any type)
1 TSP Chicken Powder
1TSP Sugar
1 1/4 cup of orange juice or 1 fresh orange
The Seafood
1 x 300gms of Easy Cajun or XO sauce
2 kgs of Seafood (Prawns, clams, mussels, lobster tail or use any varieties that you love)
1 corn cut into 3
2 small potato
2 TSP Margerine (Cajun Sauce) or Oil (XO sauce)
1 1/2 Orange
